Card issuers have anti-fraud algorithms to stop and prevent fraud from occurring and protect you, the cardholder. While Wizards of the Coast and its partners cannot resolve payment problems with your card issuer, we do suggest taking the following precautions:
- Ensure that you use a credit card with an appropriate credit limit to purchase the order.
- Contact your bank prior to the sale to ensure that your purchase will be validated and not blocked.
- Please make sure your billing name and address used at checkout are the same details that appear on your credit card. We do not allow address changes once your order is processed.
- If your payment attempt fails when using Apple Pay, please retry using a direct payment method with your credit card.
- If you continue experiencing issues processing your order with the same card number, please contact your bank or credit card issuer to release the block.
